History of Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga, or Hatha Vidya, has gained in popularity since its inception in India in the 15th century Yoga Swatmarama.  If you're looking to cleanse and purify the body so that he was ready for a higher level of spirituality, this yoga is for you.
